6901. New Haven, Ct. July 18. 17-year-old male critically injured when struck by an unidentified vehicle which fled the scene.
6902. Pittsburgh, Pa. July 18. 12-year-old boy injured when struck by a white pickup truck which fled the scene.
6093. San Bernardino, Cal. July 18. Pedestrian decapitated when struck by an unidentified vehicle which fled the scene.
6904. Rochester, NY. July 18. 50-year-old man injured when struck by an unidentified vehicle which fled the scene.
6905. Marshall, Texas. July 18. Woman injured when struck by a vehicle which fled the scene. (Update: Suspect surrenders).

6915. Lubbock, Texas. July 20. 72-year-old man injured when struck by a 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee which fled the scene.

Investigators think the suspects used their mobile phones to coordinate a meeting place where someone picked them up and drove them away from the crash.
