15394. Lorain Police Department detectives are looking for the motorist responsible for the hit-and-run traffic death that occurred the morning of Feb. 8, according to a news release.
15395. Police are searching for the driver of a vehicle involved in a deadly hit-and-run crash in North Las Vegas. Around 4 a.m., Saturday officers responded to a report of a crash near Lake Mead Boulevard and McCarran Street. When officers arrived they found a man lying in the road. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
15396. A man was killed in a hit-and-run crash on Saturday, Feb. 8, the Memphis Police Department (MPD) reports. MPD responded to a fatal pedestrian hit-and-run on Sam Cooper near Tillman Street around 6:30 p.m. Upon arriving on the scene, officers found that a driver struck a man walking on the street and left the scene.
15397. Officers with the Knoxville Police Department are investigating a now-deadly hit-and-run crash after a woman who was struck by a vehicle last week on Walker Boulevard passed away, according to Scott Erland with the Knoxville Police Department.
15398. MANCHESTER, N.H. — Bedford police are searching for a vehicle that fled after hitting a pedestrian walking on Rundlett Hill Road.
15399. ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Albuquerque police are looking for a suspect in a deadly hit and run last month. On January 19, a bystander witnessed a white truck strike and kill a bicyclist. The driver fled the scene but that witness took photos of the vehicle and turned them over to police.
15400. “I feel like they should do the right thing and come forward and say, ‘Hey, I did this, I know it was wrong and I should have done something else,” said Audrey Smith, the victim’s 13-year-old daughter.
15401. Sarasota Police are on the lookout for the vehicle involved in a deadly hit-and-run crash that occurred at North Washington Blvd and 7th Street around 8:30 p.m. Monday night.
15402. LOS ANGELES (KTLA) – Police are looking for the driver of a black Ford F-150 who struck a 60-year-old pedestrian, leaving him in critical condition while he fled the scene Tuesday.
15403. Police in San Mateo are trying to solve a fatal hit-and-run case involving a pedestrian, the department said Tuesday.
15404. WAYNESVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — A car struck and killed a pedestrian on Brown Avenue near Hemlock Street in Waynesville on Saturday, Feb. 8, according to a Waynesville Police Department Facebook post.
15405. Sarasota Police officers are investigating a Monday hit-and-run crash that killed two children, a 2-year-old and 5-month-old. Investigators responded to reports of a traffic crash near U.S. 301 (North Washington Boulevard) and 7th street at 8:30 p.m. that involved a car and pedestrians. A 29-year-old mother was crossing the street with her two children when they were struck by a white, Lexus ES300 believed to be a 2013-18 model.
15406. LONGVILLE, La. (KPLC) – Louisiana State Police said a deadly weekend crash in Beauregard Parish was a hit-and-run and left a 17-year-old dead. Around 4:00 a.m. on Feb. 9, Jodie Cannon was in the right southbound lane of U.S. 171 near A.D. Hodges Road when he was hit by a vehicle, which drove away after the crash. Cannon died at the scene.
15407. JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Capitol Police are asking for the public’s assistance after a man was hit and killed near Raymond Road and Valley Street.
15408. CATHEDRAL CITY, Calif. (KESQ) – A 52-year-old man died in the hospital from injuries sustained in a hit-and-run crash nearly two weeks ago in Cathedral City.
15409. SAN ANTONIO – A man is dead after police said he was hit and killed by an 18-wheeler that never bothered to stop.
