Khristopher Jason Liserio, 31, was arrested Friday afternoon at a west Fort Worth apartment complex.
He was being booked into the Mansfield Jail on Friday, with bail set at $75,000 in the murder case. He was also to be held without bail on a parole violation warrant.
His girlfriend, Emmy Dawn Furr, 19, was arrested Wednesday night and remained in the Mansfield Jail, with bail set at $25,000.

Police said they found 36-year-old Marsha Santoro hiding in a shallow hole where she had tried to cover herself with dirt.
Around 6 p.m. Friday, police said Santoro was driving northbound on North 22nd Street when a child riding a Big Wheel rolled out of a driveway and Santoro hit the child.
Witnesses told officers Santoro attempted to drive away, but when that didn’t work, she got out of her Ford F-150 pickup and walked off toward Washougal River Road, according to police.
Police said a K-9 unit tracked Santoro to the hole that she was hiding in. When officers gave Santoro a warning, she surrendered, according to police.

The family and friends of two men hit by an unidentified vehicle April 18, killing one and injuring the other, are encouraging the driver responsible to turn himself in and asking the public to call police with any information about the accident.
“If he could at least come forward,” said Diane Swafford, the wife of Terry “Wayne” Swafford, who died from his injuries. “If somebody knows any information — there’s no leads at all.”
As they did many nights a week, Swafford, 32, and his brother-in-law Jason Cable, 40, were riding their bikes home from work around 3 a.m. that Saturday.

Jon “Bones” Jones, the reigning UFC light heavyweight champion, is considered a suspect in a hit-and-run accident Sunday morning, Albuquerque police confirmed to CNN Sports.
According to the police report, a silver SUV made an illegal turn at a red light, hitting a passing car and knocking that car into a third vehicle. The police report says witnesses saw a man exit the silver SUV and flee on foot. Witnesses reported that the man then returned to the SUV where he “grabbed a large hand full of cash,” which he shoved into his pants before jumping a fence and running away.

Mentor police solved a hit and run crash on Saturday all because of a license plate imprint left on the van that was hit.

Police have made an arrest in the hit-and-run collision that injured three bicyclists near Alamo Square earlier this month, Officer Grace Gatpandan said Tuesday.
Bianca Lopez, a 25-year-old Fremont resident, reportedly surrendered to police Friday after she was publicly identified as the suspect.
Lopez is accused of driving a black Jeep Cherokee that rammed another vehicle near the intersection of Fell and Scott streets about 5:40 p.m. April 2. The Jeep then fled south on Scott Street, but in the northbound lane, striking three bicyclists — one of whom was thrown at least 20 feet.
